
After the event, we will send you a check for 30% of the selling price for each cotton candy cone sold. Depending on the flavor, our gourmet cones are typically priced at $10–$18 each, so your organization can expect to receive around $3–$5 per cone sold. The more attendees you have at your event, the greater the chance for funds raised! Best of all, there are no upfront charges for our basic fundraiser service, so there is no financial risk for you (certain special requests will incur additional fees to be paid in advance; see our Private Events page for available add-ons).
Who is eligible for a Floss King fundraiser?
To qualify for our event fundraisers, your organization must be a 501(c)(3) non-profit, an educational institution or school-related organization (including scout groups and homeschool coops), or a faith-based organization. Individuals and groups raising money for commercial gain or political purposes do not qualify.

How much cotton candy can be spun in an hour?
The Floss King can spin 30–45 cones per hour on a single machine. If you think you will need more cotton candy, let us know ahead of time and we can bring prepackaged cotton candy in addition to the live-spun cotton candy. We pack it specially so that it will maintain its fluffiness and flavor for up to two years.
Is there a minimum sales threshold?
So that we can cover our own expenses, we do require a minimum sales of 60 cones in order for your event to qualify for the 30% donation (that’s about half of what the Floss King gives away from his own castle at Halloween each year). However, there are no extra charges if your event does not meet this minimum.
